01What does “Founding 30” mean?+
It is MannaOS’s first guided launch cohort: thirty churches, ministries, missions, or faith-based nonprofits that complete the fit process, sign their agreement, and make their first payment.
02How much does MannaOS cost?+
Founding members can choose $5,000 paid upfront for their first 12 months—normally $12,000 per year—or $1,000 per month for a 12-month initial term. The standard $4,000 onboarding fee is waived under either option.
03How much does the annual founding option save?+
The paid-upfront option saves $7,000 on first-year software. Add the waived $4,000 onboarding fee and the total first-year savings are $11,000. The monthly option is the standard $1,000 monthly software rate with the $4,000 onboarding fee waived.
04Is the $4,000 onboarding fee really waived?+
Yes. The standard $4,000 MannaOS onboarding fee is waived for all thirty confirmed founding members under either payment option. Any optional or custom work outside the agreed standard onboarding scope would be quoted and approved separately.
05What happens after the first 12 months?+
After the initial term, continued service is offered at the then-current standard rate, currently $12,000 per year or $1,000 per month. Renewal, cancellation, payment schedule, included modules, and implementation scope will be stated clearly in your agreement before you commit.
06Why are you limiting the cohort to thirty organizations?+
The limit protects the quality of the launch. It allows the MannaOS team to guide each founding organization closely while learning from a focused group of real ministry workflows.
07Will MannaOS replace every tool we use on day one?+
Not necessarily—and we will not pretend otherwise. The fit process produces a replace / keep / later plan so your team knows what can move, what should stay, and what needs a phased transition.
08What will you show on the fit call?+
We focus on the workflows that matter to your team, including donor management, Reach, fund accounting, clergy payroll, operations, and impact reporting. We will also identify known gaps and discuss the practical migration path.
09Do I need to be the final decision-maker to apply?+
No. However, a decision-maker should participate before a place can be confirmed so the fit, scope, timing, and commercial terms are understood by the right people.
10What happens if all thirty places are confirmed?+
New qualified applicants can request the next available onboarding window. We will not publish an unverified “places remaining” number.
